work is so weird. i wonder if i would be better off switching hospitals. it's such a push and pull dynamic - to switch to something easier, or to stick with this which is draining and super... demanding. i love it though. i love the adrenaline, the rush, everything. i don't think i'd be satisfied without it. i think i need to crash and burn in order to switch professions/specialties lol. so i'll probably be doing this for at least another 4 yrs.
